SPECIALROLL
Bending strength 45 N/mm2, Operation temperature: up to 1240 °C.
For preheating and cooling zone and for lighter wall and floor tiles in firing zone.
SUPERROLL
Bending strength 50 N/mm2, Operation temperature: up to 1260 °C.
For firing zone of heavy wall and floor tiles especially granite tiles.
SUPERROLL H
Bending strength 55 N/mm2, Operation temperature: up to 1280 °C.
For very long rollers and very heavy wall and floor tiles, especially large and thick granite tiles up to 80 kg/m2. Roller length up to 4600 mm possible.
HYPERROLL
Bending strength: 65 N/mm2, Operation temperature: up to 1350°C. HYPERROLL is a newly developed high performance roller and is designed for very hard working conditions as extreme chemical attack, high temperature and load. HYPERROLL has a very smooth surface for less dirtiness on roller during operation and easier cleaning.

SUPERRINGROLL
Improves tile quality through more uniform cooling in rapid cooling zone. The ultimate solution against roller deformation in the cooling zone due to reduced contact surface to tiles. Superringroll improves output of first choice tiles due to more uniform cooling and less remaining tension inside the tiles.
CORRECTORROLL
A both side conical roller with 3 mm thicker or thinner diameter in the centre. It brings arc-like running tiles in correct line before firing zone to improve tile quality by more plane surface and less deformed edges.
