„One roller for the whole kiln“

The first roller with no porosity and highest stiffness (MOE of 120 GPa) reinforced by innovative Nano particles to improve the planarity of tiles.

Hyperroll Dense Nano® was developed to solve the problems of roller bending which is producing too much arc like transport of tiles causing deformation and high ratio of rejects. Application of Hyperoll Dense Nano particulary from kiln entrance up to the rapid cooling zone provides the best results on perfect transport.

Wider roller kiln cross sections for more cost efficient tile firing are demanding extreme long rollers over 4 meter lenghts. Due to the technical limitation of roller diameter to 54mm normal or even technical rollers are bending too much under high load already at kiln entrance and producing problems with not straight tile transport and the planarity of large tiles formats.

The very high MOE of Hyperroll Dense Nano ® and its zero porosity offers only a small bending under highest load . The smooth and non porose surface offers highest resistence against chemical attack.

*in some cases Hyperroll Dense could provide less temperature shock resistence to the weaker porous normal rollers especially in the area where rollers get very dirty and have to be cleaned very often. Under such condition Hyperroll Dense have to be tested or combined with Hyperroll NG at the moduls where heavy dirtiness appears. In any case we reccomend to read our Instructions for handling carefully. Above values are taken by test part and do not constitute a guarantee or obligation. Rollers have to be tested by the user for approval.

Specifické vzdělávání v diamorph hob certec s.r.o.

V roce 2013 předložila společnost diamorph hob certec s.r.o., ve snaze o podporu specifického, vzdělání, v rámci výzvy B3 EDUCA IV projekt pro získání dotace z prostředků EU. Žádost o poskytnutí dotace byla Rozhodnutím Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí ČR schválena a společnosti diamorph hob certec s.r.o. byla poskytnuta finanční dotace z Evropského sociálního fondu (ESF) prostřednictvím Operačního programu Lidské zdroje a zaměstnanost (OPLZZ). Registrační číslo projektu: CZ.1.04/1.1.04/B3.00057.

Hlavní cíl: Posílení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti, prostřednictvím cíleného specifického vzdělávání a přípravy interních (podnikových) lektorů, jakožto opatření reagujících na:

  • identifikovaná slabá místa/potenciál kvalifikace zaměstnanců ve stávajícím výrobním programu,
  • zavedení nové, unikátní výroby, založené na transferu patentovaného know-how,
  • potřeby (cíle) společnosti a požadavky trhu.
