The Superringroll greatly improves the quality of the tile production by creating a greater uniformity of cooling temperature in the rapid cooling zone. The design of the Superringroll is the ultimate solution to roller deformation in the rapid cooling zone. The design enables to reduce substantially the contact surface of the roller with tiles. The Superringroll also improves the output of first choice tiles due to the more uniform cooling in this zone.

The SUPERRINGROLL reduces the internal thermal tension of the roller and tile and provides for a more uniform heat distribution between the tile and roller due to an excellent flowing of the cold air from below.

Thanks to it you can get a higher percentage of first quality tiles, as less tiles are bent or have less internal tensions, an irregular structure or capillary cracks on their surface. Moreover, a better kiln control is assured by the more precise transport of the tiles. Compared to spiral rollers the kiln wall insulation around the SUPERRINGROLL is impermeabilized so well that the poisonous kiln gases cannot exit.

Based on its high bending strength, precise straightness (TIR) and hardness the SUPERRINGROLL can last 2 - 3 years in the roller kiln in consequence of which you can reduce your costs a lot.
The installation of 40 to 60 SUPERRINGROLL in the critical kiln zone is sufficient. The SUPERRINGROLL has already been successfully tested in the most important tile markets and its advantages have been recognized.

V roce 2013 předložila společnost diamorph hob certec s.r.o., ve snaze o podporu specifického, vzdělání, v rámci výzvy B3 EDUCA IV projekt pro získání dotace z prostředků EU. Žádost o poskytnutí dotace byla Rozhodnutím Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí ČR schválena a společnosti diamorph hob certec s.r.o. byla poskytnuta finanční dotace z Evropského sociálního fondu (ESF) prostřednictvím Operačního programu Lidské zdroje a zaměstnanost (OPLZZ). Registrační číslo projektu: CZ.1.04/1.1.04/B3.00057.

Hlavní cíl: Posílení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti, prostřednictvím cíleného specifického vzdělávání a přípravy interních (podnikových) lektorů, jakožto opatření reagujících na:

  • identifikovaná slabá místa/potenciál kvalifikace zaměstnanců ve stávajícím výrobním programu,
  • zavedení nové, unikátní výroby, založené na transferu patentovaného know-how,
  • potřeby (cíle) společnosti a požadavky trhu.
